The most common question we receive is about our Turnaround Time (TAT).

What is TAT?

Our Turnaround Time (TAT) is typically 24-48 hours. This means your order will be processed and ready to ship or for pickup within this timeframe after full payment is received.

Is there anything really important your customers need to know before buying from you or placing an order?

Yes, our turnaround time is fast, and nothing will be picked, printed, or made until your order is paid in full. This ensures efficient processing and delivery of your custom items.

What concerns or uncertainties do customers usually have that you'd like to clear up right away?

Customers often have questions about TAT and shipping costs. We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for shipping via USPS, or $12.00 via UPS. Please note that a lot of care and time goes into every order, and these rates help cover those efforts.
